Field to bowl

Grown by hand on our farm.

We plant every seed and weed every row by hand, from non-GMO seed and with no synthetic chemicals. You may know it as zobo, bissap, sorrel, flor de Jamaica or karkade. It's the same flower.

Common questions.

If yours is not here, ask us.

What does it taste like?

Tart and tangy, a lot like cranberry. A little honey or sugar rounds it out.

Does it have caffeine?

No. Hibiscus is naturally caffeine free, so you can drink it at any hour.

How much do I use?

About 2 tablespoons of flowers to 2 cups of boiling water, steeped 10 minutes. Adjust to taste.

How do I store it?

Keep the pouch zipped, somewhere cool, dry and out of the sun.
