Cut & Sifted Hibiscus Flowers

Naturally grown. Nothing added.
From a hand-tended field in Jigawa State to the cup in your hand, nothing is added along the way. No synthetic chemicals in the field. No sugar, flavouring or colouring in the pouch. Just sun-dried hibiscus, cut and sifted into even pieces that brew a bright, tart, ruby-red drink.

Grown by hand on our farm.
We plant every seed and weed every row by hand, from non-GMO seed and with no synthetic chemicals. You may know it as zobo, bissap, sorrel, flor de Jamaica or karkade. It's the same flower.

From one pouch,
six ways.
Even pieces steep quickly and give a deep, ruby-red colour. Here is how people enjoy them.

If yours is not here, ask us.
What does it taste like?
Tart and tangy, a lot like cranberry. A little honey or sugar rounds it out.
Does it have caffeine?
No. Hibiscus is naturally caffeine free, so you can drink it at any hour.
How much do I use?
About 1 teaspoon per cup (8 oz / 240 ml) of hot water, steeped 5 to 7 minutes. Adjust to taste.
How do I store it?
Keep the pouch zipped, somewhere cool, dry and out of the sun.
