Orders and shipping
When do you ship?
We pack and ship orders every business day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day.
Which countries do you ship to?
Canada and the United States.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on where you live. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Returns and problems
Can I return an order?
Yes. Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For food safety, we cannot take back opened products unless they arrived damaged, spoiled or wrong. See Returns and refunds for the steps.
My parcel arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email sales@namcovinaturals.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
My tracking has not moved. What now?
If it has not moved for 7 business days, email us. We will open a claim with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund your order.
Our products
What is in the pouch?
Just the plant, nothing added. No sugar, no flavouring, no colouring.
Which sizes do you sell?
Powders and cut & sifted come in a 1 lb resealable pouch. Tea comes in a pack of 100 round tea bags (2 g each).
Where are your plants grown?
On our own farms in Nigeria: hibiscus, moringa and neem in Jigawa State, turmeric in Kaduna State. We plant and weed by hand, from non-GMO seed, with no synthetic chemicals.
